Students will have exclusive access to a 5 module video instruction series presented by vocalist and instructor, Talia-Maria Sheehan. Students will be guided through a process of analysis that will provide a system to identify and reproduce the Kievan 8 Tone melodies in stichera and troparia melody classes. Course features:

• Each module will focus on one level of analysis for all 16 discrete melodies.

• Students will submit both written assignments and recordings for assessment, which will be analyzed by the instructor for feedback.

• Students will also be guided through the process of creating a personal “cheat sheet” intended to be of use in services.

• The course will culminate in a one-on-one online session with the instructor where feedback will be shared.
